Product not quite right? Doesn't fit properly or did we make a mistake and send you the wrong thing? Did it arrive broken, or damaged? 

Let us know within 7 days of arrival and we'll exchange, send a new one, or refund your money!

Exchanges: We will need you to send us the original back. You can ship any means you like at your cost, unless we really made a big mistake and sent the wrong thing entirely! Then our apologies, and shipping is on us.

Refunds: We offer a 100% refund on returns or items that arrived to you damaged on arrival. You have 7 days from reception of product to let us know.
